contacting vendor directly?

Please disregard all posts by sellers. What is happenning to them is extremely rare.
You have to contact the seller. They will not know what is going on at your end;any more than you do.
If this sale is above board, and they don`t want to lose you; they will push from their end.
Good luck.0 -
Thanks for all the replies - much appreciated

Well - things *might* be going in the right direction at last. Got a call from the EA this morning who has apparently 'smoothed things over' with the vendors solicitors who are about to give mine the paperwork. The vendor is still eager to sell but is reluctant to now rent a place if my sale goes though first. However, she says she will 'consider' it if she hasnt found anywhere by the end of July and hopefully things should be wrapped up beginning of August.
The EA is also sorting out another viewing for me for next week.
One can only hope. I tell you - this flat buying process is beginning to feel like being in the ring with Mike Tyson. If it all works out, I'm not moving again for AGES! lol0 -
We re in the process of selling and if I wasn't in contact with our buyers, I would have gone mental by now! Our EA are pretty slow with information - they phoned to tell me surveyors would be in touch to arrange an appt at the same time that the surveyor was in my house doing the survey!!
They eventually phone me with info, but the buyer has been great at keeping me up to date, so I know whatever it is that they are telling me anyway!
I would speak to your vendor on your next viewing and see what they say.0
