i have been having the worst customer support for television set i bought,
i think there should be a poll of the worst companies,ie for
after sales support,
response time after initial contact for warranty issues
and followups and overall thought of the company after sales support.
id nominate LG electronics as the worst for me so far.
i also wonder what are the best companies for support
