For sure this is going to inconvenience me greatly so I was hoping to call them and get it paper statements for a while longer (possibly long enough to pay off the remaining balance.
But having looked all over the leaflet and bill that came with it, there is no phone number to call to extend paper bills, Noooooo I have to register/log in online and find my way around the site and do it all online.
there is no phone number unless I want to pay by phone or will have difficulties paying.
Ok they 'have' to save money but just one useful phone number where its easy to find would help,
