Have you been affected by Natwest technical issues?

The Sunday Times is covering the Natwest technical issues this week – as well as looking at some of the biggest gripes about current accounts.

The journalist would like to talk to some Natwest customers. If you'd like to chat to her, please private message me with your name and telephone number. Thanks

Not a natwest customer but the Cumberland building society is engulfed in the crisis. No wages for me or a huge number of people working in Cumbria who have accounts with them.

The Cumberland are being brilliant and will honour all so's and dd's until the payment systems are working again.
