    People, you dont need to buy a new lience, there is a COA that have the product key for Windows use that and get the lend of someones XP installation disc either Home, Pro, MCE or Tablet. You can use that rather then buying a new lience.

    Thats correct, if you have a COA you dont need to buy a disc at all you can borrow one or even borrow a copy as youve got the license attached to the PC as a per seat licence if it were per session that would be different, if you do borrow a copy though you dont know whats on it, I have a copy of my XP pro and XP home just incase the originals get scratched.

    Coincidently, I have a brand new packard bell as well. I haven't burned off the recovery disk from this machine - can I use this for my old machine?
