Can anyone help me???

Im trying to get My Credit card Number i have contacted Lloyds tsb who are refusing to give me any details, I only know the Last 4 digits
as the account is now no longer in use but surely they would have this on system its so annoying its for a PPI Claim so how do i get lloyds to Confirm the credit card number i have no paperwork ?????????

WHY do you have no paperwork?

Did you used to pay by Direct Debit? Look at the reference number on your bank statements if you did. Certainly RBS and Barclaycard use your card number.

Alternatively you can do a SAR request under the Data Protection Act for £10 and that will give it you along with a lot of other information

I have no Paperwork because it went to Debt Collector
So i destroyed all paperwork from Lloyds However they mis sold me PPi

Why? Makes no sense to me, once it has been sold on you need to make sure you aren't being shafted. Keeping all the evidence should be the first step.

I have just tried this over the phone too for different reason mind but they have told me to write in.
Was told to write in to request details hth

Yeah i called them then went into a lloyds Tsb branch and they told me to write in
thing is now they are not giving me the details i require ???
So think you will have same problem as me

why not ask the debt collectors your paying your debt to?

Just provide name and address and I'm sure the PPI chaps will track down the account.
