at some point in the last month, i went to a physical branch of 'business X' with an issue with one of their products/services and the outcome was favourable.
i won't go into specifics of the business, problem, location or anything else incase head office sack the person/felid/other species of animal that may or may not have helped me for providing such good customer service that may or may not be encouraged by said head office
thanks though

it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
their - 'owned by them'
they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)

praise, vent & warning regulars - i haven't been to specific here by naming the company in question as a business have i? i guess i should have thrown an air of mystique in by claiming it might have been a charity or a local vegan co-operative (it wasn't)helpful tips

Ah, yes, the "Well done Apple" thread, where the op colluded with the shop assistant to obtain a new iphone, in stead of claiming on their insurance (they can afford an iphone, they must have insurance, surely?) . . . then bragged about it on a public forum:T0

wasnt bragging it was thanking (im guessing you didnt take the time to read it properly lol). thought shops might like to know they have done good for once since, in my experience, nobody usually does. I do have insurence but thought i would see what they said before puting through a claim. Shame im such a money saver really!
If apple can find the person from the discription I have given I will be most impressed (and quite frankly worried!!!) Lol.0
