DH has watched his tonight. :)

His only disappointment is that it won't fit in the box with his other 24 007 DVD's :D

At the risk of sounding like a moron...how DO you get the disc out of the case?! What do you have to do with the red 'button' thingy?

    Signed: Desperate would-be viewer

The red thing that's on the side in the middle is a security device that should've been removed in the store. If you try to force open the case with a security device, it may damage the disks :O

Now that doesn't surprise me at all... Look at the number of people ASDA have had through the doors today just to get that DVD.... Tesco will be kicking themselves that they didn't think of it first!

Anyway, ta for the heads up :)

I thought it was an awful film. Daniel Craig doesn't make a good Bond.

I disagree is a great film and Daniel Craig is very much the new Sean Connery. He is a gritty character, I find he isnt as invisible than previous Bonds but rather he gets the job done but not quiet as good as the bad guy like the chase on the building site. Its refreshing not to have the gadgets, glamour and there's more blood and guts, in fact far more true to life than any other of the bonds films. Brilliant

Top tip - don't go through the self scanning checkout if you want the security thingy removed!!! Finally managed to remove the red thing but it was NOT easy, lol! Thought it was a Bond-type mission to get us in the mood for the film...have just finished watching it and very enjoyable it was too! :T

The new Sean Connery  Mr Bean is more fitting than Daniel Craig, at least he's got dark hair lol. The gadgets and glamour are what Bond films have always been about. Pierce Brosnan was a good choice, they should have used him for a few more films to come. There wasn't much action in this Bond film which is also what Bond films are about.
It's just it wasn't very Bondy compared to all other Bond films. Why do you think it's only £7 lol.

Maybe I'll watch it again some time and change my opinion, then again I was bored stiff the first time, it opened well then went right down hill from there on.
