Been in Tesco this morning and its only £7 if bought with a chart cd or dvd. Otherwise its £11.
Although I didn't see the thing about being bought with a cd or dvd on the TV advert last night. I was on the other side of the room and I just saw a big £7, although it may have been in small writing I guess.
It was in the small print at the bottom of the screen (I had to rewind and pause using my PVR in order to read it though - should small print shown for about a nano second be allowed in a TV advert?)0 -
Thanks to the OP
Just picked my copy 3.30 pm at Asda, Small Heath, Birmingham.
They have got loads in store. About 100 on the dispaly stand, a further 60 or so on the shelves, some 40 on the DVD desk itself and there was a trolley with a couple of caseloads on it (probably a further 200)
and for 7 Pounds. Well Done Asda. Tut tut Tesco.
The Asda is on the Coventry Road (A45) about 3/4 miles from City Centre and about 5/6 miles from Birmingham Airport.
Hope that helps someone.
cheers

I think its a great film ! bond is back to his ruthless self as depicted in the books which was lost when roger moore took over the roll and returned only up to now in Goldeneye and the World is not Enough.
the gadgets were getting silly and the invisible car was a joke.
I have to agree - it's the best Bond film ever, and probably the one that comes closest to the Bond as described in Ian Fleming's novels.0 -

Costco £6.99 does include VAT. £5.9x label plus VAT makes £6.99.0 -
Lots of signs saying this had sold out in my local Asda, when I asked if they were getting any more in was told a delivery is due this afternoon so OH is going to try on his way home from work.
Do Asda do those vouchers where you can buy something at the offer price if it's out of stock when the offer is on? Can't remember what they are called! Just a thought if they are not re-stocked in some stores.0 -
Just got my copy in Cramlington, Northumberland where they're only allowing one per customer. Great idea to stop those greedy people buying loads up, but now i have to go back 2moro cos I want to get one for my ex's father's day present (he's a Bond freak)
Got home with it, showed my 9 year old son and he said he wants it so he's going to give me the £7 out of his money box! I said no need for that, you can watch it anytime, but he wants it to bE his, kept in his room! Bless!GOD BLESS DURAN DURAN

I hope you wont let your 9 year old watch it, I winced a bit and I'm 34.
Ratings are there for a reason.0 -
as a teacher of 10 year olds and under - you would be shocked how many 'good' parents allow their children to watch 12 rated films and above! As you say - ratings there for a reason!0

Well said, I know its difficult to monitor them 24 hours etc but it does upset me when I go to game and its the parents that buy GTA 3 for the kids, great game but its for adults! - but thats a whole new forum.0
