hi. need dome advice please. i own a house with my mum which has bin mine n my husbands marital home for 9 years now. i dont work due to having baby, my husband does. were looking into taking out a loan, buy im not sure wot to put wen the lenders r asking online whether hes a homeowner or not. can someone please tell me if hes classed as a homeowner or not? thank you

If the deeds are in your name & your Mums only then no, he is not a homeowner. Regardless of the fact that your are married and he has lived their for X years.If my posts have random wrong words, please blame the damn autocorrect not me
