It's worth phoning round dealerships in Scotland asking them for a quote. If you state that you are willing to commit to an order and leave a deposit subject to them beating your current quote, you may be able to reduce it still further.

A friend of mine saved just over £1,000 by ordering his car from Inverness and having it trailered down south. Drivethedeal ,mentioned by reluctant spender,are very cheap and will deliver anywhere in the country free, full uk warranty and no imports either!!

There is a site where you can compare discounted prices from loads of these companies,can't remember what it's called,perhaps someone else will.
