The company have a reputation for longer cruises to interesting ports; they attract an older demographic than many other cruise lines. This is a pseudo-repositioning cruise: longer, but less interesting ports of call. Pretty much all the passengers will be retired, otherwise they'd have difficulty getting almost four weeks (the cruise plus travel to and from) off work,
I'd be amazed if the average age was below mid-70s; I'd be prepared to wager that the repeat passenger rate will be high. This particular cruise will attract past passengers who like the ship but found regular cruises too busy.
Small ships can be lovely but if the fellow passengers aren't a great match then three weeks might feel like a long time on board.
