Concert tickets Double8tickets

Bought tickets for Bruce Springsteen concert from Double8 in December 2011.Tickets described as good tickets near the half way line and cost more than twice the face value of £65. Tickets arrived several weeks before the concert. Although our seats were near the half way line they were on row S not far from the back of the stand. I was very disappointed that we were so far from the stage, not what I expected given the description and price of the tickets.
In addition to this I noticed on the double8 web site, in the week leading up to the concert, not only the same tickets as mine but better tickets on sale at face value.
In the light of my experience I don't think I will be using Double8 again and would not recommend them either.
