In these Terms and Conditions of use, you will find details on our policies and regulations in conjunction with the Rihanna Concert Competition 2012.
By using this website you agree to the applicability of these Terms and Conditions.
1. The Promotion is open to UK residents only, except employees and their immediate families of All Market Europe Limited, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.
2. Only one entry per person allowed. Bulk entries from consumers, consumer groups, the Trade or any third parties will not be accepted.
3. This competition will run from midnight on June 20st. The closing date for this Competition is midnight on 29th June 2012.
4. To enter, simply enter online at www.vitacoco.co.uk/metrovivavita
6. Participation is by web entry. Entries received by any other means (including postal or email) will be excluded.
7. The draw will include all entries received up to and including midnight on the Closing Date – 29th June 2012. The names of the entrant will be drawn at random, under independent supervision. The winner will be contacted by midnight 30th June 2012, initially by phone to ensure compliance with these terms and conditions. Following confirmation of the above the entrant will be deemed to be a winner. Dates are subject to availability. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during this time. If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours of first attempting to do so, All Market Europe Limited reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award that prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the originals.
8. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value. The Rihanna Concert prize comprises of two (2) general admission tickets (standing) to Rihanna’s London concert at Hyde Park on Sunday 8th July 2012. The package does not include any travel, or subsistence to get to the designated locations or attendance at the concert. This is the full responsibility of the winner and under no circumstance will be covered by All Market Europe Ltd. Where the concert may be subject to time changes and cancellations that are out of the promoter’s control, the promoter takes no responsibility for these changes or cancellations.
9. The prize is non-transferable. The Winner does not have the right to change the details of the package; transfer the package to other individuals or sell the package under any circumstance.
10. In the event of an entrant’s phone number changing or their mobile phone being lost, stolen or damaged, or becoming inaccessible during the Promotion, we are not able to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new phone number.
11. Limitations of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter cannot assume any responsibility or liability for:

• Any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.
• Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers used in any aspect of the promotion.
• Costs of internet or mobile connections to enter this competition.
• Any unauthorised access to the operation of this promotion.
• Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof.
• Loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of promotional participation or acceptance of a prize.

12. Conduct of participation. Participants in the Promotion agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the draw entry process or the operation of the Promotion or website, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.
13. By entering the Promotion, prize winner acknowledges that they will be required to participate in publicity relating to the Promotion without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the entrants name and/or image, statements made by the entrants concerning the promotion and/or prizes and photographs or moving images of the entrants or their guests taken as part of the competition.
14. The decision of the Promoter in all matters shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into.
