Accident at Nursey

Take issue with me as well then. At best you have been ambiguous in your attitude to claiming compensation, despite saying you were reluctant you also wrote "if you can't beat them, join them".
If you really are reluctant there's a simple way forward - don't do it.
If you are really concerned about reducing the ongoing risk again there's a simple way forward, discuss it with the nursery and make sure reasonable action is taken by them - making them incur legal expenses will not make any difference to this.
I have already stated way back that I was not going to be going forward with a claim and will be discussing the issue with nursery. It seems nobody is bothering to read my posts properly before responding.
Of course I was ambiguous at first thats why I came on here, to ask for advice about what to do. Not to be attacked as if I had said 'I am putting a claim in, can anyone advise me how much money I will get'.0 -
That is the last I will say on it now if it makes people feel better about themselves to have a go over something I have not even said I was going to do, thats fine. Some people need that fulfillment in their lives.0

I can't think of a single house I've ever been in where every one of the 'sharp corners' on furniture have been covered up. If people don't feel the need to do this in their own homes, why does it need doing in a nursery?
It's an irrefutable fact that the vast majority of childhood accidents occur in the home. Got to keep things in perspective."Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0 -
Reminds me of beaver sleep over.
Johnny is this, Micheal is that. Graham is totally vega. Katie does not like.
Six am all is quiet, not a mouse is stirred.
Grill on, bacon under. Bread readied.
Six thirty, porage served.
Bacon and eggs, is demolished, using Real Knives and Forks.
Seven, duty three help washing up.
Eight flag raise and kit inspection, marks for the best.
Two weeks later.
"Johnny tidied his bedroom"
No harm done then with the veggie eating the bacon and eggs then!I hvae nt snept th lst fw mntes writg ths post fr yu t cme alng hre nd agre wth m!

I collapsed at work. Banged my head, someone cut my shoelaces off. Now, after five months and part time, pacemaker fitted, who do I sue for cutting my shoe laces?I hvae nt snept th lst fw mntes writg ths post fr yu t cme alng hre nd agre wth m!

Did you collapse because work were negligent?
Did the person undoing your shoelaces worsen or cause your collapse?
Who do I sue for my son being 9lb causing possible life long problems for me in childbirth?
Who do I sue for when the wind slammed a door into my finger?
Who do I sue for the time I stumped my big toe on my desk at work?
Oh thats right, no-one because the accidents were not REASONABLY preventable and no-one was negligent.0 -
I thought you weren't going to say anymore.0
