You can't post it here however you can include it in your profile information.

  • Start with the people you know, groups you are part of. Then look into stalls and social media. Find a business who targets the same market but with different products and work together by sharing a stall, promoting each other, getting flyers printed to hand out and having one side each to split the cost

If you create a Facebook page you may want to start going through the process of creating an advert but not actually go through with it. I did that and they emailed me a £25 advertising voucher a few days later to tempt me to sign up for advertising

My likes have climbed from a dire 8 to a slightly less dire 21 as a result of the advertising. Not worth paying the £25 for but I'll take it for free. Some of the targeting tools of Facebook advertising are quite powerful too. My business is a photography one and I targeted people in my local area who were parents, expecting a baby or engaged to be married

Just make sure you set an advertising limit equal to the value of the voucher to avoid being charged

Thanks for the information dave that's very helpful :)

I have just discovered Netmums and you're allowed to advertise on there. It's my perfect target audience. I wish I'd found it ages ago.
