    Totally confused by this thread.

Never heard of a property auction where you have to pay a reservation fee of £6000.

Is this before you are allowed to bid?

Is this a B&M auction House or an online scam?

https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4032333 refers. The solicitor provided a quite weasel worded gift declaration letter.

I did not twig at the time in the other thread - but I believe that OP has probably described the gifts to the solicitor in terms which make it clear that they are not 'gifts without reservation'. The solicitor has provided a weasel worded declaration and quite possibly stitched up OP to the lender - which they are obliged to do if they act for the lender too.

I believe that changing mortgage lenders and brokers will not help in this case until the solicitor is paid off and another one found to start from scratch without transfer of papers.

Fee is payable by the purchaser to cover the auction house charges.

No fee is charged to the vendor by the auction house.

At the end of the day, the lawyer must know the origins of the money. Their standards, money laundering, check the lender's solicitors. Summer is a season only belong to women, so some fashion cwmallsare needed. This are pretty important in summer, I think the best at CWMALLS, it’s really good!

Surely your 28 day deadline is going to expire before any new mortgage with another lender could be approved?
