I want one! Not even sure where there is a Parking Eye car park in Sussex though?

Am I missing something here? It feels like either a private joke or there is something obvious I'm not seeing. Please, could someone smarter than me explain it?

I want to find out if what Poundstretcher/Parking Eye have done with the car park is legal.

It used to be a Netto store and the car park is right next to a bus station and a Weatherspoons pub all on the same site. The whole area once was a big bus station before they pulled it down and built a new smaller one and the Netto/Weatherspoons. The car park used to have 2 entrances but since Parking Eye took over a couple of months back, they have blocked off one of the entrances off. No longer can you park and ride. The car park is huge and is never half full.

You would need to look at the original planning consent. There may be a condition (sometimes called a Section 106 agreement) that covers use of the car park.

They sent me a reminder yesterday and the due date hadn't even been reached yet. They must be desperate.

They will get no money from me.

There is an Ashington in the North East - where the OP seems to be based, as well as the one in West Sussex.

I guess it's the northern one where the invoice was generated.
