Has anyone seen these at a good price recently? I've heard sometimes on Amazon they go for half price?!

Do you use HUKD? (HotUKDeals?) If not, start doing so as they are usually posted there first.
You can also try camelcamelcamel to price-track one in a particular colour if you're that bothered and you will get an email when the price drops below the level that you set. Might not be as useful if you just want the cheapest one and don't care about the colour.
I can't think of anywhere cheap atm for the cabriofix, but the pebble was posted on HUKD recently at £92 delivered which is supercheap for that model.14th October 201020th October 20113rd December 20130 -
this website tells you all the different prices something has been on amazon.

It has indeed been on sale for £62.50 before, was back in February 2011 though. If you sign up with that website and the price you're willing to pay, I think they email you if the price drops below a certain level.
The average is around £95 though, you could wait until Boots do 20% off, which I've known to happen quite often and then get it then and get the parenting points? which would work out about another £10 probably. The frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0 -

The cheapest I've seen it recently - (just bought one myself) was £74.99 on Amazon, but I think it has been as low as £65. The deals always pop up quickly on the HDUK forum, so it's worth checking in there daily.
What I ended up doing was using the price match on another website, plus quidco and an extra 15% of the difference. I was buying other stuff too, so I'm sure the seat was only about £40 in the end.
I found some of the "older" patterns and colours were much cheaper too.

Not the best idea in the main. It could have been dropped/in an accident rendering it less than safe.Science adjusts its views based on what's observed.
Faith is the denial of observation, so that belief can be preserved.

I checked it...don't worry second hand car seats are fine as long as cover is removed and checked for imperfections..I always take the moral high ground, it's lovely up here...0 -

I totally agree with you. I wouldn't by a second hand car seat.14th October 201020th October 20113rd December 20130 -

Your advised not to buy 2nd hand car seats as you don't know for sure the age, if it's been in any accidents etc xYou never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.
