Information fee

Some years ago I attempted to reclaim my bank charges and paid the fee required for all my statements but I was turned down by Natwest. I am going to attempt to reclaim the charges and was wondering if I have to pay the fee again? I have none of my previous letters so if anyone could help me I'd be grateful.

Bit late to that party aren't you?
was wondering if I have to pay the fee again?

It is per request. So yes.

Before you start wasting money on this, what basis are you asking for your charges back?
