Anyone taken the new paypal survey ?

I have just taken a survey for paypal. It is to do with them offering an enhanced seller protection and what I think about it. They ask all sorts of questions regarding offering an enhanced seller protection scheme over and above what protection they offer a seller now, which of course they would charge for. In some of the questions, they proposed charging an extra 3% on top for this priviledge. They offered an opt in for 30 days on every transaction or should I get to coose which transactions I pay extra for to be covered on.
I tried to answer the questions ( multiple choice ) to give the impression that I would not pay for this enhanced protection, but that this is what i expect from them now for the fees I pay.
I for one have been lucky and never had a single problem with paypal.
Has anyone else taken this survey at all? If so whats your thoughts on it?
