Isle of Wight Tourist Discount Card

If you are going on holiday to the Isle of Wight - I've just found a website called The Isle of Wight Tourist Card - iowtouristcard - you can save loads during your stay on accomodation, food, attractions etc - My Family is going to save well over £100

    Perhaps he works for the company running the scheme?

    Most of the restaurants in the scheme are a little pricey for me, personally the 3 best options for families would be

    1) Try and book car ferry around off peak times like late at night or the wee small hours

    2) If using public transport get a weekly rover ticket from Southern Vectis

    3) Look out for the specials at Indian Restaurants, mainly on Wednesday and Sunday. Spoons are cheap and cheerful and are based in Ryde and Newport

    Just a couple of thoughts if you want to stretch that budget on IOW
