Are Natwest+RBS back to normal?

Hi , sorry if this has already been covered elsewhere (I am hurrying to get out to work so dont have time to do a forum search).

This morning I visited my local branch of Ulster Bank and the Guy working there told me that RBS and Natwest have been fully fixed and that all problems with these 2 banks have been rectified.

He said that the customers of these 2 banks have had their accounts brought fully up to date today....

He said that Ulster Bank is the only bank still having problems but that as the other 2 have been fixed , Ulster Bank will be fully operational by Friday of this week at the latest.

Is this true? Are Natwest and RBS fully back to normal?
The loopy one has gone :j

No. The computer system is fully fixed but some transactions apparently need to be added back on manually.
