Are they reiable? Ive read a few a few horrer stories about them but they quoted the best price so just wondering if i should go with them.

Any info would be great or any experances you have had would be awsome.

I have only used them to sell items instore. One store I used was great, the others was ok. If you are going down the instore route and the item needs to be tested, allow plenty of time for this. Some stores seem to test there and then, others give you a ticket for you to go back.

I have not had any online dealings with them.

I think i might have to send online as there is no cex in my area but i could go to the next town if its better than sending the items via post.

Mixed reports i have used them in the past, Upgrading computer parts.

Sometimes the prices to exchange and purchase a better item is a good deal. Seems rare these days. But if you know the prices sometimes they still underprice odd items.

But i have read the complaints, Cheques not clearing etc. Depends if you want cash/chq or to use it against another purchase.

My last encounter was as a buyer and they were useless.

I have used them online. Sent them an old style xbox and a rake of games. Got a voucher back for £200 and then went into the shop and bought the new style xbox and better games. Worked out well :)
