IVA Done now PPI

I have now completed my IVA and have got my certificate of completion, I am now trying to get my PPI back and know that I took it out with egg as was told "If you don’t take the PPI on that amount you might not get the loan", I have been in touch with egg and sent them the letter on here for the agreement to be sent through, they have replied my debt was sold on so got in touch with the company they sold it to who passed me to someone else. Was told I then need to get back in touch with egg and they should provide the information.

Where do I stand with this who should I go to, to get the info?

Think if you look back over a few of the other threads your ex-creditors could well be interested in any funds you reclaim from PPI!!!!!! Beware.

Have been told that in some instances that they could but it's worth a punt and to say they have sold it on to someone else then they have had there money, plus I have my completion certificate so that should be it like someone has said on here before, how long can they keep it over me?

If I get something back then will be happy if not then I haven't lost anything just a bit of time.

Think you might find any successful claim will go to whoever had the debt. My sister in law is in this position, she has involved the FOS now, but they have advised her that they have a 12 month backlog

Well the banks and there underhand tactics lol, well I know that some people on here will sayi shouldn't get anything back because of the iva but if I had done it through the iva company then I would have got something back but taken longer to get my certificate of completion so waited till it was done then claim, will see what happens just wanted to know what to do if I don't get the paper work?
