Hi hopefully someone can help me here.
My kitchen taps make a really loud growling/grinding noise whn u run the cold side slightly quickly. Yet the hot side is fine (although the water doesnt run through as fast.
Any ideas what this might be?
Thanks

There could be many causes.
Air in the pipe.
Badly supported pipes that are vibrating.
Too high water pressure.
Is the cold tap at mains pressure? Maybe you need to fit a pressure reducing valve.0 -
It's odd because it never happened until i changed the taps. Pretty sure its not air.
