Did you really post it? There appears no "blood pressure" post within your profile. Maybe ask on the help bit of the forum section further down the forum.0

oh yes really posted it and had lots of replies off kind people. I had an update and wanted to let people know. Thanks0

It probably got pulled because it was a medical thread and giving medical advise, how ever little it is, is against forum rules.

that is such a shame though. I needed the support, never mind eh0

i suppose, aslong as you don't ask for any help, you could post the update in a new thread for people to see? What's yours is mine and what's mine is mine..0

Yes, I'd like to hear your update too. I remember the thread."If you think it's expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur." -- Red Adair0

I really do not want this thread taken down as I would like everyone that kindly posted to see this so i will just let you know what has happened and wont ask for advice.
My sons Blood Pressure is still high and his Chl is too. Although I was told on Fri that the ECG was ok, unfortunately it has some "tall spikes" through it which the dr is concerned about. The GP has referred us to a kidney consultant (Nephrology) and the app is July 19th. She wonders whether there is a prob with the kidneys working correctly. Although, the good news is that he was still allowed to fly to spain last night as its nothing that the gp thinks is going to happen immediately. So fingers crossed. I had to see my sons GP on my own yesterday, but I have an app with my GP this afternoon and my dh is coming with me so i am writing a list of questions for her to help me with today.
Thank you to everyone who has posted. Please can we keep this open as I would like to add to it as I can as it helps to get my thoughts out of my head!!!
My son had another health issue (alopecia) 5 years ago and it helped me (on another forum) to get my thoughts out so hope i can do that on here too.

I didn't read your original thread but personally I can see nothing wrong with what you've posted above.
You've just explained the situation and your concerns - not asked for any advice.
I hope your thread is allowed to run.
But even more than that, I hope your son's health improves.
