What are complaining about exactly ? You have had the claim paid out and been compensated. If this is so and you wanted to make a general complaint, then you should write to the owner of the brand and also the company that dealt with the Insurance for them.

Most Brand e.g Post Office, Tesco, Sainsburys, don't handle their own Insurances. They use an outside company. The Post Office use BISL Ltd, so the staff that deal with you are employed by BISL. But the Post Office, will still be interested in how their customers are dealt with and if they receive sufficient complaints, perhaps they will take their business elsewhere. The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.0 -
Thank you for the address details. I was intending on emailing but will post as well.
The complaint is general but I also feel that £65 doesn't cover the compensation is a satisfactory manner, especially when considering that £50 of this is effectively the excess. Maybe you consider me greedy but I feel that 2 months and 20+ hours chasing is worth more than £15.
But, more than that, I'd like it for this issue to be highlighted. As I said before. How many other people are getting this same treatment and taking their word for it instead of questioning the details?0 -

I really think you are going to wind no-one up but yourself. I doubt there are many people in your position.muffinmannen wrote: »I bought the insurance through the Post Office. They were the ones who sold me the policy and who said that I would be covered.
The underwriter cunningham linsey(the providers of the insurance / policy?) - They said, no you're not covered.
You've been paid and got compensation. Move on.0 -
Apologies. I meant rsa.0

You say the £65 includes the excess of £50, even if they accepted your claim you would of been paying....... you wont get far with this one.Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
