They seem to have PS3 in stock for pre-order everywhere. It seems as if the UK consumer has finally said a big NO to being shafted (6 months late, more expensive than everywhere else, console crippled/had chips removed for UK). It's a shame as I really wanted one but if I bought one I'd just be encouraging this kind of shoddy treatment of the UK customer.

Sony are going to suffer for this one, you couldn't get a 360 for love nor money during or after launch for months - you still can't get a Wii - and I don't think it's because Sony have made more than MS or Nintendo, I think people are voting with their wallets - good on them!
