The premium increased because you had an accident whether your fault or not, Statistics say your likely to make more claims in the near future.
So your now considered a higher risk, They wont remove the data from the database no matter how much you ask or complain.
If you fail to mention that incident in future quotes you may find yourself on here asking for help recovering your car when the police impound it for not being insured after they cancel it for non disclosure.

I didn't claim...I merely reported the incident. There was no damage, nobody was hurt. But still the premium rises. Statistically, I could have gone to a injury lawyer and make a injury claim but morally that would be wrong in my mind...I wasn't hurt.0 -
