how did that work then? taking coupons for not actually buying the product??! seems crazy:o
Those were the days, thanks to Naebirrac I had a couple of years of shopping paid for mainly with coupons before it all ended (I am still using my stockpile of bleach, loo rolls, dishwasher tabs, persil, olive oil.......... the list is endless) . Next came dtd and the famous spreadsheet now we all survive with T's glitches, coupons, savvy shopping and the wonderful, caring people who make up the Elite thread.0 -
Evening all, my first glitch was way back when the Kilimanjaro ground coffee was 1 pence :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
My guess for Tiger Cub Birthday 1st September 10.15 am
Logie Birthday 1st August 18.25 pm
Forgot to mention earlier I popped into Debenhams one day last week and managed to get several phials of various perfumes free.
Another idea for MissLaids friends presentsThere's no place like home

Evening all, this is not T's related but some of you who have done any boots order's in the past to collect from store but never collected them you may be interested to read this.
About two weeks ago i went to collect a order from a small boots store, i think it was the shower gels that were 50p and the sa that served me came back and told another sa that the order that he had got matched my order no, but there was 2 more boxes in the warehouse with my name on? They told me to come home and look on boots.com to get the order no and go back to collect them. Well on further looking on boots.com i found 4 orders that i had not collected oops, 2 from the begging of this year and 2 from november 2010:eek::eek:.None of these had been returned or refunded, which should be done if none collection after 2 weeks i think. So back to boots to collect these orders, but there was only 2 there which the sa had seen earlier in the day. A really great manager has helped me to chase these orders that have disappeared and find out why no refund has been issused. Yes its taken 2 weeks to sort out but they agree that they have to refund the money back to me as its still outstanding and these are the orders from november 2010, 1 into paypal £50, 1 into bank account £41.
So if you have done any orders and not collected them just quickly check that you have been refunded.
Sorry for a long post, but it may help some of you.0 -
My first glitch was not a glitch as such but savvy couponing
Early in 2011 there was a £1.00 off Dove deodorant PDF coupon. At the time Dove deodorant was in T for £2.10 bogof. This meant that for weeks on end you could get 2 deodorants for 10p.
This was my first real stash which i am still using today
:j:j:j
This was a good one, I had so many cans I gave loads away to people at work, my daughters friends and I still have a stash to use0 -
