Took DD1 for a whoopsie shop, got a lovely Top rump joint from £10.76 to £3.99 :) came back to DD's and fatherbear switched oven on to pre-heat while sealing beef in the frying pan, he came through to the sitting room for a few seconds and there was a loud bang and smashing noise from the kitchen, we thought one of the cats might had maybe knocked a plate off the worktop onto the tiled floor but it was the outer oven glass door that had blown off :eek:
Don't know how we're going cook the beef now :(

Not got a slow cooker? If not make a bed of thickly chopped onions in a large pan, add a cup of water pop the beef in, put the lid on and put onto a low heat, make sure the lid is on tightly, use a sheet of tin foil under the lid to make a tight seal if needed
