Has the jacket potato thread been replaced by the non cinema buffs thread?

I can't remember the last film I saw I don't think I have been in a cinema for around 10 years. I sit still for that long without being bored.
On the Jacket potato discussion I have not had one for a few months now.
Mortgage debt 45,000. Thank you all for your help so far in helping me save to buy the house. I could not have done this without all your help.

I didn't like the Superman films but I agree that it was very sad. By the way, I've only read the first "Shades" book. To be honest, I was not very impressed. Just soft !!!!!!. Not much of a story line. I'm not bothering with the other two.

I enjoyed the first book, the second book was OK but the third was dire. I liked the character of Christian and how his childhood influenced his adult life but I do think the books are repetitive.

My husband is away tonight on a motorbike rally so I am home alone. I was thinking of ordering a pizza as a treat for me and my pet jacket potato. A jacket potato is not just for Christmas, it is for life.

    Evening guys,

It seems to have been a bit quiet on here as I've managed to almost catch up despite not being on at all yesterday.

I've had a lovely couple of days. Was my sister's wedding yesterday so I've enjoyed a little overindulgent pampering in preparation and she had a fantastic day. I can also now relax as I was really stressing about going into labour beforehand. Even if baby had been born and I could go, my bridesmaid dress wouldn't have fit! I am likely to look like i'm wearing a tent in the photos but never mind! :p

Brought some memories back reading about St Michael's Hill in Bristol. I used to live half way up it when I was at Uni. Had a fab view from my 3rd floor room across the city. Must've been fitter then. Sure I wouldn't manage walking it daily nowadays!

Loving FKs pics of Wells :T We've had some lovely days out there
♥ Worrying does not empty tomorrow of it's troubles.... it empties today of it's strength ♥

Well done! It is difficult but keep it up. Every time you get tempted, think of the money you are saving and how much healthier you will feel...

I have just had pizza and it was lovely. I do hope you enjoy yours, and enjoy not doing any washing up.

Ooooh! Brought back memories for me also. I used to live at the top of hill and my youngest daughter was also born at the maternity hospital half way down. Seems so long ago now.
