    been up for sale for 2 months now not long i no . i would need to rent when it sells couldnt save much tbh

    You need to be patient and wait for it to sell.

    Is it in good condition? well presented?

    I would stick to selling and be patient otherwise your going to end up with a lot of stress.

    Turning the situation on it's head, can you not just live there and ride the storm until you can sell it again? Maybe have counselling to deal with the personal reasons for not wanting to live there? God luck x

    Unless there's a real reason not to stay there (abusive neighbours, it being dangerouns in some way etc) then you may have to bite the bullet and just live there. Plenty of people have to live in places they hate but that's life.
