Hi my mother in law has been told by lloyds bank that she needs to fillm out a probate form so money her late husband has in a isa (i think )can be released he did leave a will all to her any one know which form to use.

Also needs to be accompanied by an inheritance tax form. Which IHT form depends upon the value of the estate.
Get several copies of probate (they're £1 each). Applying for probate itself costs £105, but it's necessary.0
