Bank charges and PPI claim for same loan

Apologies in advance if this has been asked but i've searched for it and couldn't find anything.

I recieved an payout from RBS for a PPI claim. Can I claim for bank charges on this loan too as i'm pretty sure i deferred on some of the payments?
