Hi All,
Just wondering if any Lloyds TSB customers out there that have tried to claim and recieved money back straight into your bank account, on your online statement does the 'Money In' come up from 'Customer Services'??

Most banks will usually credit any open current accounts 1st/reduce any outstanding debts 1st before sending out cheques as refunds. The statement will state refund/credit/adjustment etc just depends on who processed the refund, what matters is that the amount is correct!0
