Well I need the PayPal account to buy and sell goods. All payments (in and out) go over Paypal and I am planning to use them in the future as well. That's all. As for the CC issuer, I am at the moment unable to reach an agreement with them. I don't want to go into details, but believe me I have my reasons. However, thinking logically about it, I think they definitely won't contact PayPal for this since the money was authorized.
