Morgan Stanley chargeback dispute

I am going through Morgan Stanley's chargeback dispute procedure. The amount I'm trying to get back is only for £47 for an item that never arrived and Morgan Stanley have been supportive about this.

They phoned me asking for copies of communication etc. The problem is I'm a numpty and wrote it down on some scrap paper and have lost it! I would phone them but disputes department is only open between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday and I work full time and have found it impossible to get through on lunch break!

They gave me an email address which was cgbi something at morganstanley.com but I can't remember it!

They also asked for lots of details on the transaction but I can't remember everything they wanted!

I know I'm hopeless but have looked everywhere and can't find it so if anybody has been through the procedure and knows the details I would really appreciate it if you can please let me know
