hi all
can i set up a public limited company whilst on an iva ?

    Hi. No reason why not -- however you will find it next to impossible to open the required business accoun in the new company name, as they will credit check you as the principle director (unless, of course, the directors are solvent ... parents, wife, sort of thing).
