Effipro - used it, was finding fleas. Effipro is like Frontline really and Frontline is not that effective any more.

Expensive & hassley keeping on top of fleas. I bit the bullet & got one to have the injection & the other to have Seresto flea collar - £70 but peace of mind for six months plus!

Seresto collar - very secure & I will get another for the other cat when her injection runs out. My two's `keys' are the magnets affixed to their collars so they are used to wearing them. The collars are rubber by the way.

Collar is cheaper than the injection but the seemed the fastest way to stop the flea allergy so I coughed up!

Steer well away from any Bob Martin products, they are use less & a false economy in not just my opinion, but others as well.
I tried them all with my old cat Orbit when I first got him wayyyyy back.Utterly useless.

Oh don't worry I will stay clear of Bob Martin and advised everyone not to use it I know. Someone should start a petition against it, I would defo sign it. Anyway I am leaning towards Advantage, looking at other threads it seems to come out on top and no prescription needed anymore.

My cat has a flea collar on now but she really doesn't like it. She been biting away at her neck to get it off. We got it to stop her hunting really.

I will mention the needle to my mum and call the vets to ask for price. She is an outdoor cat but doesn't mix with other cats (She hates other cats with a passion).

Just waiting for my Indorex to arrive now and purchasing the Advantage on thursday (Pay day). Going to get some worming tablets as well.
