ebay account hijacked,,,please help

hiyas, i got a prob with ebay.... i logged onto my aol account yesterday as normal and had nearly 100 emails ,, all ebay stuff saying listing void and null cancelled, new ebay listing, change of password etc etc.. ive not listed anything or requested a new password. i tried to get into my ebay account but password had been changed, managed to get a new password and my account has been blocked for all transactions. on lookin at personal details on ebay someone had changed my name, my phone number and address to a fictional number and address. ive emailed eaby , got a new password and sent them an email asking them to investigate but not heard anything as yet. im really really worried, ive changed my ebay and aol account passwords, no action has happened on my papypal account. it looks like someone has been selling things on my name and keeping the cash.. all high spec stuff.... what should i do next? really thought ebay would be onto this like a shot but no communication as yet. thinking best thing would be to close the account and jsut never use ebay again,,, really upset , feels like ive been robbed/burgled!

thanx ive followed all themsteps on the help page ,, jsut thought id of heard off ebay by now? i realise ive made a mistake.... whoever has done this has been bidding astronomical amounts for goods rather than listing them,,got confused! why would they do this?

If you click on that link you can actually chat to someone right now in real time and they will hopefully sort it for you.

Perhaps they were trying to purchase high priced goods and then pay for them from your PayPal account. Have you changed your PayPal password?

Do you remember clicking any links within emails that appeared to be from eBay?

Sounds like the famous hacker again, the one that ebay say doesn't exist!
There have been more posts like this on the boards today, it's very scary that someone can alter your listings, he has even posed as a "pink" on Q&A. All I can say is he is either an ebay insider or is a real life uber hacker.
