Hi Guys youve probably been asked this before, is repayment cover the same as PPI?. I have an account with vanquis visa and have a paper free account.I have just noticed a repayment cover of £75 taken.I dont normally look at the statement but I was checking whether something else had been paid. When I rang I was told i had agreed to it in a telephone call in 2010 and I told the agent I didnt feel it was relevant to me as I was self-employed.They only hold 3 months worth of statements to view so I have asked for all statements and a copy of the phonecall in which I supposidly agreed to the repayment cover.
