Just a brief update. So far we have heard nothingbeyond a letter from the letting Agent's debt collector making threats that they are going to start acrueing loads of fees and lawyers fees etc. which we would have to pay. That was 2 months ago and not a peep. I'll wait a couple more montsh before assuming they have walked away from this. My guess is that they too made contact with the previous manager and were told that she would support us.
