eon gas bill - still not online?

hi,
just wondered if anyone else is still waiting for their gas bill with eon? i check these online and bills were due on or around 14th of the month, electric is there but still no gas bill and am waiting to budget!

Sorry you've not been able to see your gas bill online yet.

Did you give us meter readings or has a meter reader called and read both the gas and electric meters?

Do you have separate accounts for gas and electric or are they both on one bill?

If we have readings and it's one account, then the gas should be on the same bill as the electric. If it's not, then you need to talk to us about this. I would call our specialist online guys.

If it's separate accounts, it could just be a case of different billing dates for the two fuels. In this case, the gas will follow on.

Just a quick heads up. We have a facility on the website called Real Time Billing. This allows you to enter meter readings and request a bill at any time.

Hi Malc,
thanks for the reply, no my gas and electric are both separate bills and i saw the meter man round a few weeks ago although my homepage is saying give us a meter reading, but the electric did this also so am presuming it is a default thing. i will wait a couple of days and give them a ring if its still not there. thankfully it was the electric one that i was worried about and have that bill and my dd has come down so not so desperate for the gas just want to be able to do my budgeting lol!

Just a thought but, if it helps, we can combine your gas and electric under one bill. This will allow you to see both together.
