I have just joined this forum and spotted it by chance ,so glad I did
my daughter bought my a £50.00 pass for unlimited washes for Christmas
and up until a month before the closure they were still selling them .In view of the information we now know I personally think he knew he was going under and this was a good way of getting a lot of extra cash

He was surely selling them up until the end. The massive sign with the offer is still on display!

anyone see that? has anyone had any contact from him?

And what's the business about him checking how much you've used?? That shouldn't bloody matter!

Saw this a while ago...but still don't have any contact info to get my money back:mad:
Anyone have a mob number/contact details for the scumbag?!
  • Well i've finally got round to filling in the form for the credit card dispute. I have a feeling I've left it too long but oh well, we'll see.

I'll post again when I hear from the credit card company.
  • As promised, I have an update.

Received a letter from Tesco credit cards today saying that the 49.99 has been refunded along with any interest that would have applied on it.

    Result!

However, they also mention that the retailer has 45 days to dispute the chargeback. I think this is unlikely, but something to keep in mind.

Anyone else had any luck claiming it back?
