Streamline card processing

It seems that Streamline (as customers of RBS/NATWEST) are having major problems too. I was expecting transactions to credit my HSBS Business acoount today but nothing went in. I have been on to Streanline and they explained that as customers of Natwest they are badly affected too. This may pose cashflow problems to us smaller businesses :mad:

    Yes, we're with Streamline for card processing (although we bank with HSBC) and it seems they've had big issues. It looks like no one's received payments for the 20th, 25th, 26th and 27th. Luckily, payments for those dates are listed on our HSBC online banking as 'pending', so at least the payments haven't disappeared into the ether, I suppose.
