    Full of bumps! Myself and my husband are off down to the British Legion CAB to fill out our paper work on Monday next week. I cannot tell you how much of a relief this is. We got married very young - at 18 - and became financial clowns from the get go. If I could change it I would but I can't and Monday is the day where we finally sort it out once and for all. We have no assets so bankruptcy was advised to us by the British Legion who have been superb and have guided us through everything, literally holding our hand., they have been invaluable! Will let you know how it goes!

    My turn to join the club. I've been prowling around the forum for weeks trying to learn as much as possible before taking the plunge. Just booked my court date for next Wednesday the 18th of July. Been quite calm and collected till now but admit the worries have started in ernest.

    This club is for everyone who has gone or going through the process of Bankruptcy during July 2012. So please feel free to join and post.

    Pop your name on here, the date that you went/are going BR. Then just keep everyone in the club updated throughout the next year about your journey through BR. That way we can all stick together and support each other throughout the different stages in our BR.

    Remember this is your board so keep posting     :hello:

    Any important questions that need answering please still post them on the main board, as you will receive more advice and help.

    Hopefully it will be an extra place for friendship and support as we compare notes and discuss what is happening with our Bankruptcies.
