Now I believe the CCA (consumer credit act) doesn't cover services but the fact that a phone was provided on a credit basis along with the service that would mean it falls under the realm of the CCA

Which still does not help your case ...

You would have received some paperwork with the phone, that was the "in writing" stuff. You do not have to sign anything for it to be binding, as said repeatedly you have done that through conduct.

All I received with the phone was an order receipt

So the order stated what you had purchased. You were already aware of the package you had agreed to. You then used your phone for "just under a year". Can you not see that you have zero chance of the contract being declared invalid?

Give it up - vodafone have done nothing wrong.

What kind of information do you need, with the knowledge that you cannot get out of your contract?

I cannot see that, the piece of paper I got within the package is the same as if i had bought something off a small buisness on ebay, it was just confirmation of what was in the package

    address

    1 x mobile phone
    1 x simcard

    total : £0.00

Thats basically all that came with the package
  • This is getting boring. You are in a contract with them, you are not going to get out of it, accept it. What other help do you need?
