Now I believe the CCA (consumer credit act) doesn't cover services but the fact that a phone was provided on a credit basis along with the service that would mean it falls under the realm of the CCA0

All I received with the phone was an order receipt0 -

So the order stated what you had purchased. You were already aware of the package you had agreed to. You then used your phone for "just under a year". Can you not see that you have zero chance of the contract being declared invalid?
Give it up - vodafone have done nothing wrong.0 -
Fair enough everything I've considered may not help my case, please can anyone provide me with information that may help my case0

I cannot see that, the piece of paper I got within the package is the same as if i had bought something off a small buisness on ebay, it was just confirmation of what was in the package
address
1 x mobile phone
1 x simcard
total : £0.00
Thats basically all that came with the package0 -
This is getting boring. You are in a contract with them, you are not going to get out of it, accept it. What other help do you need?0
