Advice wanted on house price reduction

This is my first post on here and would appreciate any advice or suggestions please. Have had my house on the market for one year with 7 viewings. 5 viewers have loved house but cannot make offers due to not selling their own (Scottish system). The Surveyor for the Home Report placed its value as £140,000 so the estate…

I've just decided to take it off the market for a short while. When it's on Rightmove etc. again will lower the price substantially and hopefully get more viewers.

I know the house is in great condition and well presented, and that was the feedback my viewers gave the EA too. In fact I've had no negative comments at all. It was on offer at £25K less than a few years ago but now aware I am one of the many who need to slash the price if I want to move.
